We are driven by a shared commitment to support the global 22q community, focusing on connection, collaboration, and accessibility. Our goal is to provide meaningful education and resources, with a special emphasis on parenting support and professionals.
Linda and Sasja, each leading their own local 22qMinded practices in Australia and The Netherlands, work closely together to develop and deliver practical and impactful programs on a global scale. With services available in English, Dutch, and Swedish, we aim to make support accessible to as many people as possible. Though working across time zones can be tricky at times, it also allows us to reach and help individuals worldwide. We’re here to offer support—please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
The Team
Linda E. Campbell, PhD
Hello! I’m Linda Campbell. I’m a clinical psychologist and Associate Professor in Psychological Sciences based in the beautiful Hunter Valley on the East Coast of Australia. I have over 20 years of experience working with people and families affected by 22q11.2 deletion & duplication syndrome.
I enjoy helping my clients understand themselves and their families better, be present, and show self-compassion. My approach is strength-based and affirming, helping people engage meaningfully in their lives. I’m also dedicated to educating families, healthcare professionals, and educators about 22q11DS. I believe that understanding syndromes and knowing how to advocate for you and your families can lead to better care and outcomes. My research, clinical work, and teaching all support each other, creating a complete approach to help and empower the 22q community. Sasja N. Duijff, PhD
Hello! I’m Sasja Duijff, a registered paediatric psychologist and mindfulness trainer based in Zeist, right in the heart of The Netherlands. I began my journey in the field of 22q11DS in 2003 and now have over 20 years of experience supporting children and adults with 22q11DS and their families from prenatal consultations to adulthood. I have a special interest in helping parents navigate their journey by providing valuable knowledge and acknowledging the unique challenges they face. Our Care4Parents training was developed with this in mind.
While working at the 22q11DS clinic at the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital, I saw firsthand the importance of collaboration between specialists and parents. At 22qMinded, we aim to bring everyone together by sharing knowledge with both families and professionals. I bring curiosity, warmth, kindness, and a sharp mind to my work, and I look forward to meeting you and helping your family thrive.
